Lenterainspiratif.id | Malang – Seorang Asisten Rumah Tangga (ART) bernama Tri Suswati (57) dipolisikan karena mencuri uang dan perhiasan milik majikannya senilai 200 juta rupiah.
Aksi pencurian tersebut terjadi di di salah satu rumah Jalan Taman Sulfat, Kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang pada Selasa (2/4/2024) sekitar pukul 14.00 WIB.
Kasat Reskrim Polresta Malang Kota Kompol Danang Yudanto mengatakan, tersangka atas nama Tri Suswati (57) melancarkan aksinya pada Selasa (2/4/2024) sekitar pukul 14.00 WIB.
“Tersangka diam-diam mengambil kunci asli brankas milik korban bernama Hariyati (60). Dengan kunci asli tersebut, tersangka dengan mudahnya membobol brankas korban,” ujar Kasat Reskrim Polresta Malang Kota Kompol Danang Yudanto, Senin (15/4/2024).
Warga Kelurahan Waringinjaya yang bekerja di rumah korban sebagai pembantu rumah tangga tiba-tiba tidak ada. Dari situ, korban curiga lalu memutuskan untuk memeriksa CCTV.
“Setelah itu, korban mengecek CCTV rumah, namun ternyata sudah tidak aktif. Karena curiga, korban pun langsung mengecek brankas yang berada di dalam kamar,” terang Danang.
Korban terkejut, melihat brankasnya dibobol dan isinya sudah diambil hilang. Setelah itu, korban segera melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polresta Malang Kota.
“Mendapat laporan itu kami langsung mendatangi dan mengecek kondisi TKP. Setelah itu, kami melakukan penyelidikan dan pencarian tersangka,” tuturnya.
“Kurang dari 24 jam, di hari yang sama atau tepatnya pada Selasa (2/4) pukul 23.10 WIB. Tersangka kami tangkap di sebuah kamar hotel di Kota Malang, saat sedang menunggu tiket bus untuk melarikan diri,” sambungnya.
Pada saat melakukan penangkapan, polisi juga mengamankan barang-barang milik korban berupa uang tunai dari berbagai macam mata uang sebesar Rp 200 juta dan perhiasan emas berupa cincin, kalung, anting, dan gelang.
Atas perbuatannya tersebut, tersangka Tri Suswati dijerat dengan Pasal 363 KUHP. Dengan ancaman hukuman tujuh tahun penjara, dan saat ini tersangka ditahan di Rutan Polresta Malang Kota. (Fi)
