Muhammad Toha (35) warga desa menampu kecamatan gumuk mas kabupaten jember harus berurusan dengan petugas lantaran melakukan penganiayaan terhadap istrinya, sesaat istrinya menolak di ajak berhubungan intim kamis 25/01/2018
AKP Dono Sugiarto saat dihubungi, Jumat (26/1/2018) bermula saat pelaku pulang kerja, sementara istrinya di luar rumah bersama teman temanya namun Tiba-tiba sang suami (pelaku) menyeret istrinya (korban) masuk dan langsung mengajak berhubungan badan, karena masih ada tamu korbanpun menolaknya, saat penolakan itulah pelaku merasa tak terima dengan perlakuan korban, sehingga membuat pelaku naik pitam dan memukul korban hingga mengalami luka robek di pipi kanan dan kiri, bengkak pada bibir atas dan luka lecet pada telapak tangan bagian kanan. setelah pelaku melakukan kekerasan pelakupun pergi, sementara korban melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polsek Gumuk Mas.
setelah mendapatkan laporan petugas dari Unit Reskrim Polsek Gumuk Mas langsung mencari dan berhasil mengamankan pelaku serta melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap pelaku.
Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan dan penyelidikan selama 3 hari, petugas akhirnya menetapkan Toha sebagai tersangka Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT). Dia dijerat Pasal 44 Ayat 1 UU No 23 Tahun 2004 Tentang Penghapusan KDRT. “Untuk ancaman hukumannya adalah 5 tahun penjara,” pungkas Dono. (suf)
