Lagi-lagi petugas Kanit Reskrim Polsek Peterongan, Jombang berhasil meringkus pelaku yang diduga kuat sebagai pengedar sekaligus pemakai Pil Double L. Pasalnya, dengan menjamurnya peredaran pil doule l yang ada di wilayah hukumnya, membuat petugas harus membasmi peredaran pil double l ini. Karena masyarakat resah atas adanya peredaran pil double l tersebut.
Pelaku tersebut merupakan ‘Kusaeri (32) warga Dusun Winongkidul, Desa Johowinong, Kecamatan Mojoagung, Jombang. Pelaku ditangkap petugas saat berada di warung kopi dibawah fly over Desa/Kecamatan Peterongan, Jombang. Saat itu pelaku diintai oleh petugas, setelah melakukan transaksi, pelaku langsung diringkus dan digelandang ke Mapolsek Peterongan.
“Pelaku kita ringkus atas informasi dari masyarakat dan setelah itu, laporan kita tindak lanjuti, dan melakukan penyelidikan. Dan pelaku berhasil diringkus saat berada di warung kopi dibawah fly over Ds/Kecamatan Peterongan. “ujar AKP Mintarto, Kapolsek Peterongan, Jombang, Jawa Timur, pada (10/10/2017) saat dikonfirmasi.
Dalam penangkapan itu, petugas berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa 10 butir Pil Double L yang dibungkus kertas warna merah yang dimasukkan didalam plastik klip, 1 buah handphone. Pelaku tertangkap tangan oleh petugas dan tak bisa mengelak.”pelaku tertangkap tangan oleh petugas setelah lakukan transaksi. Namun, sebelumnya, petugas lakukan pengintaian terlebih dulu.”ungkapnya
Lanjut Mintarto, kini pelaku kita amankan di Mapolsek Peterongan, guna untuk melakukan penyidikan dan dimintai keterangan atas pelaku lainnya. Atas perbuatannya, pelaku terjerat Pasal 196 UU RI No 36 tahun 2009 Kesehatan.”tandasnya (dik)
