Antara pulau jawa dengan luar pulau jawa memiliki anggaran yang berbeda. Buktinya, di Jawa khususnya di Jakarta, masyarakatnya bisa menikmati Transjakarta, MRT, LRT. Namun, untuk masyarakat yang berada di luar pulau Jawa, khususnya, Papua, Maluku, Maluku Utara dsb, masih buang air besar saja ditanah, apalagi menikmati hal itu. Inilah, salah satu indikator bahwa anggaran yang berikan di jawa dan luar jawa sangat berbeda. Serta, dimana letak keadilan sosial yang telah diberikan. Padahal, amanat Pancasila sudah menyebutkan dalam Sila ke – 5.
"Pancasila itu berbicara, bagaimana mewujudkan keadilan sosial. Artinya, keadilan sosial itu harus diwujudkan dengan cara membangun mereka yang lemah dan tak berdaya. Bukan, untuk memisahkan persaudaraan antar kita, "beber, Zulkifli Hasan, Ketua MPR RI, Saat menghadiri Jambore Relawan Muhammadiyah Se – Indonesia, di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Jawa Timur, pada (1/12/2017).
Dan Pancasila seharusnya dipahami secara keseluruhan, serta tak boleh meninggalkan salah satu sila yang terdapat didalam Pancasila. Karena, dalam sila ke -5 disebutkan bahwa Keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Sebab, aspek keadilan sosial ini telah menjadi tantangan yang nyata bagi Indonesia, yakni terkait masalah kemiskinan.
"Kemiskinan dan Kesenjangan adalah hal riil yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Bukan saya Pancasila dan kamu bukan Pancasila."tegasnya (roe)
