akhirnya dokter RSUD sidoarjo jawa timur Toni Gumelar harus di hukum satu tahun penjara,di lapas II sidoarjo terkait dengan kasus penipuan yang berkedok investasi.
Oknum dokter RSUD Sidoarjo harus ditahan petugas Kejaksaan Negeri Sidoarjo karena terbukti melakukan tindak pidana penipuan yang berkedok investasi. di mana putusan Mahkamah Agung (MA) yang diterima kejaksaan, toni gumelar divonis bersalah.
” tindakan penahanan ini sudah sesuai putusan MA vonis untuk terpidana telah inkrah. Dimana putusan MA yang memberikan vonis satu tahun penjara ini menguatkan putusan di tingkat pertama pengadilan negeri dan juga tingkat banding.” terang Kasipidum Kejari Sidoarjo, I Wayan Sumertayasa pada Selasa 14/11/2017.
masih kata i wayan, Eksekusi ini merupakan putusan MA atas nama terpidana dr. Toni Gumelar perkara penipuan dan melanggar pasal 378 KUHP. Perkara ini sebenarnya perkara 2014 lalu, persidangannya. Putusan PN waktu itu terdakwah terbukti bersalah, dipidana selama setahun penjara dan dia melakukan banding tetap putusannya satu tahun penjara. Kemudian putusan MA RI turun dan kita terima pemberitahuannya pada 18/10/2017. Dalam perkara ini, terpidana divonis bersalah dalam kasus usaha investasi pemeliharaan sapi perah. Toni Gumelar berperan ikut membantu adiknya yang juga telah dipidana selama empat tahun. Terpidana Toni ikut mencari calon investor lain yang ingin menanamkan modal di usaha pemeliharaan sapi perah ini.
dalam kasus tersebut toni menjanjikan keuntungan sebesar 5 hingga 10 persen dari investasi. pada awalnya berjalan sesuai kesepakatan namun sampai di tengah perjalanan janji tersebut tidak terealisasi. akhirnya 10 orang yang berinvestasi melaporkan ke kepolisian, dengan tuduhan penipuan.
