” Pembahasan mekanisme penjaringan pj Walikota akan kita bahas pada 25 September 2023 setelah pengumuman pemberhentian akhir masa jabatan Walikota, “jelasnya kamis (07/09/2023) .
Setelah mengusulkan pj Walikota harapanya nama nama yang sudah diusulkan oleh DPRD akan di uji publikan agar masyarakat juga bisa turut menentukan siapa yang layak menjadi pemimpinya setelah Walikota Mojokerto berakhir masa jabatanya hingga terdapat Walikota dari hasil pemilu.
Lebih lanjut, juned (sapaan akrab junaidi malik) juga berharap bahwa penentuan Pj Walikota yang melibatkan DPRD jangan sampai menjadi alat PHP ( Pemberi Harapan Palsu) pemerintah pusat kepada kami yang ada di daerah.
” Jangan sampai nanti ketika kami mengusulkan dengan melalui mekanisme yang panjang justru malah yang terpilih adalah yang dari pusat, itu artinya kita hanya di PHP, ” Katanya.
Pj harus berpijak pada kepentingan nasional sesuai Inmendagri no 53 tahun 2022 tentang Rencana pembangunan daerah (RPD).
Senada dengan Juned, Anggota Fraksi Gerakan Keadilan Pembangunan, Agung Sucipto mengatakan bahwa penjaringan Pj Walikota harus menggunakan mekanisme yang demokratis.
” Penjaringan harus menggunakan proses dengan metode transparansi ke publik agar keputusan lebih demokrasi, mengingat bahwa legislatif itu berpangku pada keputusan yang kolektif kolegial, ” Jelasnya.
Politisi dari partai keadilan sejahtera ( PKS) juga menegaskan bahwa sebisanya proses penjaringan itu bebas, artinya siapapun bisa mendaftarkan diri untuk mengikuti seleksi Pj walikota yang akan diusulkan oleh Dewan.
” Harapan kami siapapun bisa mendaftar asal sesuai ketentuan undang undang yakni Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2023 Tentang Penjabat Gubernur, Penjabat Bupati, Dan Penjabat Wali Kota, ” Katanya.
Lanjut Agung, Setidaknya hasil Penjaringan lebih dari 3 orang soal mekanismenya bisa dengan metode voting, bisa dibahas di Fraksi, sehingga hasilnya akan mengerucut.
Diketahui, Sesuai Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2023 Tentang Penjabat Gubernur, Penjabat Bupati, Dan Penjabat Wali Kota Bab II Pasal 3 Pj Gubernur, Pj Bupati, dan Pj WaliKota yang diangkat harus memenuhi mempunyai pengalaman dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang dibuktikan dengan riwayat jabatan, pejabat ASN atau pejabat pada jabatan ASN tertentu yang menduduki JPT Pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Pusat atau di lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah bagi calon Pj Bupati dan Pj Wali Kota, penilaian kinerja pegawai atau dengan nama lain selama 3 (tiga) tahun terakhir paling sedikit mempunyai nilai baik, tidak pernah dijatuhi hukuman disiplin berat sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. masa jabatan Walikota Mojokerto Ika Puspitasari akan memasuki AMJ pada 10 Desember 2023.( Roe)
