Beras sejahtera (Rastra) yang tak layak konsumsi, masih dibagikan kepada warga penerima tersebut. Pasalnya, hal tersebut dialami oleh Warga Desa Jogoroto, Kecamatan Jogoroto, Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur , pada Rabu (13/09/2017), saat sejumlah warga menerima beras sejahtera tersebut. Namun, sejumlah Warga mengeluh karena beras yang diterima tak layak dikonsumsi oleh manusia.Sebab, buruknya kualitas beras yang telah diberikan. Disisi lain, beras yang diberikan kepada warga sudah berwarna kuning, berkerikil, hingga banyak kutu dalam beras itu.
Sementara itu, saat ditemui pada Kamis (14/09/2017), Endah (53), salah satu warga mengatakan, bahwa beras yang diterima sudah berwarna kuning, berkerikil, dan banyak kutu. Sehingga tak layak untuk dimakan manusia kalau berasnya seperti itu. Biasnya, beras yang kami terima, kami selepkan dulu biar dapat dimasak. Kalau tidak seperti itu, ya tidak bisa dimasak. “ungkapnya
