Lenterainspiratif.id | Mojokerto – Paripurna pengumuman usulan pemberhentian Walikota Mojokerto Akhir Masa Jabatan (AMJ) menuai titik terang, Badan Musyawarah (Banmus) DPRD Kota Mojokerto sudah menjadwalkan pada 25 September 2023.
Wakil Ketua DPRD Kota Mojokerto Junaedi Malik mengatakan bahwa Dalam rapat Banmus Rabu, (23/8/2023) sore dengan agenda jadwal kegiatan DPRD bulan September. Banmus sepakat pada bulan itu, juga diagendakan paripurna pengumuman usulan pemberhentian walikota.
“Paripurna usulan pemberhentian walikota masa akhir jabatan sudah disepakati dan dijadwalkan tanggal 25 September,” katanya, Kamis (24/8/2023).
Lebih lanjut politisi partai berlambang bola dunia itu juga mengatakan seharusnya Banmus menjadwalkan pada Agustus, namun karena dinamika yang ada diinternal dewan sehingga paripurna usulan pemberhentian walikota terpaksa harus tertunda hingga bulan depan.
“Awalnya diusulkan Agustus karena dinamika yang ada sehingga mundur. Kita (Banmus) sepakat di bulan September,” tuturnya.
Masih kata Juned ( sapaan akrab Junaidi Malik), pada Juli lalu, DPRD telah menerima surat dari Pemprov Jatim nomer 131/26441/011.2/2023 perihal usulan pemberhentian Bupati/Wakil bupati dan Walikota/wakil walikota hasil Pilkada serentak 2018. Dalam surat itu ada 16 DPRD di Jatim yang harus mengelar paripurna pengumuman usulan pemberhentian Bupati/walikota.
“Setelah ada surat masuk dari Pemprov Jatim kita tindaklanjuti dengan penjadwalan lewat Banmus,” jelasnya.
Terpisah Agung Sucipto anggota Banmus mengatakan Banmus sepakat pada bulan September, juga diagendakan paripurna pengumuman usulan pemberhentian walikota.
“Setelah itu dilanjut dengan rapat gabungan untuk menentukan mekanisme penjaringan Pj Walikota,” katanya.
Ia menjelaskan penentuan mekanisme itu terkait seperti apa nantinya proses pengusulan 3 nama Pj Walikota yang akan diusulkan ke Gubernur.
“Apa nanti dikembalikan ke fraksi, komisi atau anggota itu yang menjadi bahasan,” jelasnya. ( Roe)
