LenteraInspirarif.id | Mojokerto – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kabupaten Mojokerto terus melakukan penyelidikan dugaan korupsi dana kapitasi puskesmas-puskesmas di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Pekan depan, lembaga adhyaksa bakal memanggil 10 orang untuk dimintai keterangan.
“Masih berlanjut (penyelidikan dugaan korupsi dana kapitasi), minggu depan rencananya kita akan periksa 10 orang,” ucap Kasi Intel Kejari Kabupaten Mojokerto Lilik Dwy Prasetio kepada LenteraInspiratif.id pada, Kamis (16/11/2023).
Meski begitu Lilik tidak bisa menyampaikan secara detail siapa saja sepuluh orang yang ia panggil minggu depan. Hal itu ia lakukan demi memperlancar proses penyelidikan.
“Yang jelas sepuluh orang, untuk dari unsur mana kami tidak bisa menyampaikan dulu,” tuturnya.
Dalam pengungkapan dugaan korupsi dana kapitasi puskesmas-puskesmas di Kabupaten Mojokerto ini, sekitar 35 orang sudah rampung diperiksa tim penyidik. Terakhir kali, kejaksaan sudah memeriksa 8 bendahara puskesmas.
Lilik menjelaskan, penyelidikan ini dilakukan setelah adanya laporan dari masyarakat pada bulan Juli 2023.
“Laporan tersebut kita tindak lanjuti, kemudian pada tanggal 10 Juli kita melakukan Pulbaket-Puldata terhadap pengelolaan dana kapitasi,” ucapnya.
Dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (Permenkes) nomor 6 tahun 2022 menjelaskan Dana Kapitasi adalah besaran pembayaran per-bulan yang dibayar dimuka kepada puskesmas berdasarkan jumlah peserta yang terdaftar tanpa memperhitungkan jenis dan jumlah pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan.
Dana ini diberikan BPJS ke Puskesmas agar dimanfaatkan untuk membayar jasa pelayanan kesehatan dan dukungan biaya operasional pelayanan kesehatan.
Lilik mengaku pihaknya telah melakukan telaah pemanfaatan dana Kapitasi di tahun 2022. Hasilnya, ditemukan adanya dugaan peristiwa atau perbuatan melawan hukum (PMH). Selanjutnya, kasus ini dilimpahkan ke seksi pidana khusus Kejari Kabupaten Mojokerto untuk dilakukan penyelidikan.
“Laporannya penggunaan dana kapitasi tahun 2022. Sekarang sudah kita limpahkan ke Pidsus,” tukasnya. (Diy)
