– 500 ml air
– 250 ml susu UHT
– 100 g cokelat bubuk
– 1 kaleng kental manis putih
– es batu secukupnya
– roti tawar atau roti sobek secukupnya
Cara membuat :
1. Rebus air hingga mendidih, angkat.
2. Masukkan cokelat bubuk, aduk rata hingga larut selagi panas.
3. Masukkan kental manis, aduk rata lagi.
4. Pindahkan ke dalam wadah yang lebih besar lalu campurkan dengan susu UHT, aduk rata sambil ditarik ke atas agar susunya agak berbuih.
5. Tambahkan es batu secukupnya, tuang ke dalam gelas-gelas. (Met)
