‘Supriyanto (27) warga Dusun Jetak, Desa Sidokerto, Kecamatan Mojowarno, Kab. Jombang, Jawa Timur telah mengakhiri hidupnya dengan cara mengenaskan. Pasalnya, pemuda yang kesehariannya seorang pekerja ini, meninggal dunia dalam keadaan ‘gantung diri. Kejadian itu terjadi pada (14/10/2017), sekitar pukul 11.30 WIB.
Awal penemuan mayat korban diketahui oleh orang tuanya. Ketika itu, orang tua korban hendak masuk ke kamar untuk melihat korban, sebab sudah siang hari korban tak kunjung keluar dari kamarnya. Saat masuk kekamar, orang tua korban sangat terkejut karena melihat korban tergeletak dilantai dengan leher terikat tali. Melihat itu, sontak orang tua korban berteriak histeris sehingga para tetangga berlarian kerumah korban untuk melihatnya.
“Korban bunuh diri di duga putus asa dengan penyakit yang dideritanya. Pasalnya, satu minggu sebelum kejadian korban pernah jatuh. Sehingga, korban merasakan sakit pada pinggang. Saat itulah, korban sering termenung dan jadi pendiam.”ucap AKP Wilono, Kapolsek Mojowarno, Jombang.
Masih kata Wilono, korban bunuh diri dengan menggunakan tali tampar plastik yang diikatkan diatas patahan kayu 2X4cm dengan panjang 1m. Dan dalam kejadian ini tidak ada tanda-tanda unsur kekerasan dan korban murni mengakhiri hidupnya dengan gantung diri.”tandasnya (dik)
