Sahat terbukti menerima suap dari dua terdakwa sebelumnya, yakni Ilham Wahyudi alias Eeng dan Abdul Hamid dan merugikan negara hingga Rp39,5 miliar.
Dewa Suardika Majelis Hakim menuntut Sahat supaya mengembalikan kerugian negara senilai Rp39,5 miliar dalam kurun waktu satu bulan. Hal itu disampaikannya di Pengadilan Negeri Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Surabaya, Selasa (26/9/2023) lalu.
“Menghukum terdakwa Sahat membayar uang pengganti Rp39,5 miliar paling lama dalam waktu satu bulan sesudah putusan ini berkekuatan hukum tetap,” kata Dewa.
Apabila Sahat tidak mampu membayar uang kerugian negara Rp39,5 miliar, maka Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) bakal menyita harta benda untuk kemudian dilelang sebagai uang pengganti menutupi kerugian.
Selain itu, Majelis Hakim juga menjatuhi vonis hukuman kepada Sahat agar tidak menduduki jabatan publik selama empat tahun setelah bebas dari penjara.
“Menjatuhkan pidana tambahan berupa mencabut hak terdakwa Sahat untuk menduduki jabatan publik selama 4 tahun terhitung sejak terpidana selesai menjalani hukum pidana,” jelasnya.
Dalam kasus ini, Sahat dinilai melanggar Pasal 12 huruf a Jo Pasal 18 UU RI Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU RI No 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan Atas UU No 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. (Diy)
