Kasatlantas Polres Batu AKP Lya Ambarwati mengatakan, kecelakaan tunggal tersebut mengakibatkan dua penumpang mobil terluka.
“Tidak ada yang mengalami luka parah. Hanya luka ringan dan syok,” ujar Lya, Minggu (28/5/2023).
Sementara itu, Kanit Laka Polres Batu, Ipda Hendri Setiawan menjelaskan, saat itu mobil sedang di parkir di pinggir jalan dan ditunggu sopir ke minimarket untuk membeli sesuatu.
“Menurut informasi yang dihimpun dari saksi, mobil parkir di samping jalur kiri kalau dari Jantung Kota. Saat sopir ke minimarket, kemungkinan lupa di handrem dan tiba-tiba melaju ke depan,” kata dia.
“Mobil akhirnya terjatuh dalam kondisi terbalik di sungai. Di dalam mobil ada dua perempuan, untungnya mereka selamat semua, satu dilarikan ke RS Hasta Brata karena mengalami luka lecet dan satu kondisi baik,” sambungnya.
Identitas 2 korban luka, jelas dia, masih didata. Begitu pula identitas sang sopir.
“Untuk identitas korban masih proses pendataan. Sedangkan mobil masih proses evakuasi,” tandas Hendri. (Fi)
