Entah apa yang merasuki pikiran seorang ibu bernama Evy Suliastin Agustin (26) yang di duga mengajak anaknya untuk bunuh diri masal yang ditemukan dalam kondisi kritis di rumahnya beserta ketiga anaknya ditemukan tak bernyawa di kamar mandi.
Dari keterangan warga sekitar lokasi kejadian Di ketahui Ketiga anak Evy bernama Sayid Mohammad Syaiful Alfaqih (6), Bara Viadinanda Umi Ayu Qurani (4) dan Umi Fauziyah (4 bulan). Hendro menduga, Evy dan ketiga anaknya diduga usai menenggak obat nyamuk cair karena ditemukan obat nyamuk cair di dalam kamar mandi rumah korban.

Sementara itu Tetangga korban Hendro (29) mengatakan, korban ditemukan pertama kali oleh adik kandung Evy dengan kondisi ketiga anaknya sudah meninggal dunia dengan kondisi mulut berbusa sementara evy dalam kondisi kritis Senin (15/1/2018) sekitar pukul 22.00 WIB.
Setelah warga memasuki rumah korban, keempat korban dilarikan ke Poliklinik Umum (PKU) Muhammadiyah Mojoagung. Namun, dokter memastikan ketiga anak Evy sudah tak bernyawa.
Sementara Kepala Desa Karobelah Sunhadi juga enggan berspekulasi terkait penyebab kematian ketiga anak Evy. “Kalau keracunan sangat mungkin karena ditemukan obat nyamuk cair di lokasi kejadian. (Dik).
