mendekati pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernu Propinsi Jawa Timur 2018 kini mamasuki tahapan Pemutakhiran Data Pemilih. Secara serempak, pada tanggal 20 Januari hingga 18 Febuari 2018, KPU melakukan gerakan Pencocokan dan Penelitian (Coklit) yang dilakukan oleh Petugas Pemutakhiran Data Pemilih (PPDP) diseluruh Jawa Timur. Dalam konteks local, KPU Kabupaten Mojokerto juga bergerak mensukseskan tahapan awal dalam membuat Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT) ini.

ketua panwaslu kabupaten mojokerto saat berada di kantornya yang juga sebagai posko pengaduan Aris Fahrudin asy’at, S.Pd.I pada selasa 23/01/2018, menjelaskan bahwa hal itu sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Bawaslu (Perbawaslu) No. 9 Tahun 2017 tentang Pengawasan Pemutakhiran Data dan Penyusunan Daftar Pemilih dalam Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur, Bupati dan Wakil Bupati, Serta Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota, Panitia Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Panwaslu) memiliki tugas pengawasan terhadap proses awal penyusunan daftar pemilih hingga menjadi Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT). Oleh karena itu, Panwaslu Kabupaten Mojokerto melalui jajaran dibawahnya, yakni Panwascam (Panwaslu Kecamatan) dan PPL Desa (Pengawas Pemilihan Lapangan) terlibat aktif dalam pengawasan proses Coklit tersebut. Demi terwujudnya data pemilih yang kredibel, jajaran tersebut memastikan setiap tahapan prosedur dalam Coklit terlaksana.

Mojokerto juga membentuk Posko Pengaduan Data Pemilih dalam Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jawa Timur guna menjadi sarana partisipatif manakala ada masyarakat yang belum tercover dalam proses Coklit tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka memastikan terpenuhinya hak pilih tersebut, sebaran Posko Pengaduan ini bukan hanya ditingkat Kabupaten (Kantor Panwaslu Mojokerto, Jl. RA. Basuni No. 393 Sooko), melainkan juga disetiap kantor sekretariat Panwascam (Tingkat Kecamatan) Se Kabupaten Mojokerto. Disana juga telah tertera Hotline dimasing-masing Posko Pengaduan Data Pemilih.
Dengan demikian, pemerataan kehadiran Posko Pengaduan Data Pemilih ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu solusi dalam membentuk data pemilihan yang kredibel dan selaras dengan ketentuan undang-undang yang berlaku.
Disinilah pentingnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam ikut andil memastikan hak pemilih terpenuhi dalam Pilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jawa Timur 2018. Oleh karena itu, kami berharap masyarakat tidak segan apalagi sungkan untuk melaporkan ke Posko Kami ketika belum menjadi bagian dari pemilih. Karena, dalam alam demokrasi, satu suara begitu berharga dan memiliki kontribusi besar dalam perubahan kepemimpinan. Sebab, demokrasi adalah keterwakilan, maka ketika satu suara saja terabaikan secara otomatis subtansi demokrasi masih jauh dari harapan. tutupnya (sis)
