Penculikan dan penganiayaan yang di alami terhadap mochamad yusuf warga kedungudi RT 03 RW 01 kecamatan trawas kabupaten mojokerto jawa timur Pada 24 /09/2017 yang dibawa secara paksa oleh pelaku ALI MUSTAIN kini menjadi polemik
Hari tjahyono SH. Selaku kuasa hukum korban Menjelaskan bahwa Penculikan dengan kekerasan fisik dan psikis yang dilakukan oleh Pelaku kepada korban maupun keluarganya. Pelaku melakukan dugaan tindakan pidana tersebut didasari oleh permasalahan hutang.
Masih kata hari Perkara ini telah ditangani oleh Polsek Trawas pada tanggal 25/10/2017 setelah istri korban kami melakukan laporan dengan Surat Tanda BuktiLapor No:STBL/07/IX/2017/JATIM/RES.MJK/SEK.TRAWAS. Namun surat tanda lapor tersebut baru di berikan klien kami pada tanggal 19/10/2017 bersama SP2HP yang pertama dari laporan yang telah dibuat. Dan klien kami (korban) ditemukan oleh tim Polsek Trawas yang dipimpin Kanit Reskrim bripka Mochamad Riduwan SH. di kediaman Pelaku.
Bahwa perkara ini merupakan murni perkara penculikan dan penganiayaan yang ketangkap tangan oleh Polsek Trawas, namun penangananya banyak sekali hal yang janggal dan terindikasi melawan hukum Pungkasnya.
Hal senada juga di katakan oleh toha maksum sebagai ketua LSM pemuda garuda bersatu (PGB) kabupaten mojokerto bahwa tindakan Polsek Trawas yang menurutnya merupakan tindakan sarkasme yang mana pelaku tidak ditahan dan menimbulkan kerugian bagi korban.
Di duga pelaku bisa melakukan pressing terhadap korban yang di bantu oleh Kepala Desanya dan Kepala Dusun untuk mencabut laporan kepolisian. Pungkasnya
Selain itu saat kanit reskrim polsek trawas saat di konfirmasi wartawan lenterainspiratif.com terkait perkembangan kasus mochamad yusuf menyarankan agar langsung menghadap kapolsek secara langsung di kantornya.
