250 gr udang kupas
100 gr dada ayam fillet
2 buah wortel
1 batang daun bawang
1 batang seledri
1 butir telur
1 sdt bawang putih bubuk
1 sdt minyak wijen
Garam & gula pasir secukupnya
Merica bubuk secukupnya
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Kulit kembang tahu
Cara membuat:
1. Haluskan udang kupas dan dada ayam fillet, lalu iris kecil-kecil wortel, daun bawang, seledri dan telur, lalu kocok.
2. Campurkan udang dam ayam, lalu aduk. Masukkan telur, garam, gula pasir, minyak wijen, bawang putih bubuk & merica bubuk, dan aduk.
3. Masukkan wortel, daun bawang dan seledri, lalu aduk rata.
4. Potong-potong kulit kembang tahu yang lentur kira-kira 10×10 cm.
5. Ambil selembar, taruh isian di atasnya, lipat lalu gulung, rekatkan ujungnya dengan putih telur.
6. Bisa langsung digoreng, atau kukus dulu baru digoreng, lalu sajikan dengan saus sambal.
7. Sajikan dengan sambal bangkok / saus sambal sesuai selera. (Beta)
