LenteraInspiratif.id | PADANG – Kejaksaan mulai bongkar dugaan korupsi pengadaan alat praktik SMK di Dinas Pendidikan (Dispendik) Provinsi Sumatra Barat (Sumbar), Senin (16/10/2023). Bahkan, lembaga adhyaksa ini telah memanggil 25 orang untuk dimintai keterangan.
Asisten Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus) Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Sumbar, Hadiman mengatakan, pendalaman perkara ini dilakukan setelah adanya aduan dari masyarakat.
“Benar, perkara ini sedang didalami untuk menemukan peristiwa pidananya,” ucap Hadiman kepada LenteraInspiratif.id pada, Senin (16/10/2023).
Mantan Kajari Kota Mojokerto ini menambahkan, setidaknya ada empat pengadaan peralatan alat praktik siswa SMK yang diduga diselewengkan. Diantaranya di sektor kemaritiman, tanaman pangan, otomotif dan sektor pariwisata.
” Kalau anggarannya sekitar Rp 18 miliar,” tutur Hadiman.
Hadiman mengaku jika tim penyidik sudah memanggil 25 orang untuk dimintai keterangan. Diantaranya dari rekanan, KPA, PPTK, Bendahara, Kepsek, hingga pihak ULP.
“Kami teris melakukan pengumpulan data dan meminta keterangan sejumlah pihak, baik dari pihak swasta maupun dari pihak Dinas sendiri,” jelasnya.
Saat ini, lanjut Hadiman, tim penyidik tengah melakukan pengumpulan alat bukti untuk menjerat calon tersangka.
“Nanti kita kabari informasi selanjutnya. Untuk penetapan tersangkanya kita masih melengkapi alat buktinya. Bila nanti dirasa sudah cukup, kira gelar perkara untuk menentukan siapa tersangkanya,” pungkas Hadiman. (tim/*)
