Kegiatan yang di selenggerakan oleh Badan Perencanaan Pembagunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kabupaten Pulau Morotai, Maluku Utara, yang bertajuk ”Sosialisasi Regulasi Penyusunan Anggaran tahun 2018 APBD”. Acara itu dilakukan di gedung aula kantor bupati, Selasa (21/11/2017).
Kegiatan di buka oleh Daniel Andea, selaku asisten tiga Kabupaten Pulau Morotai, serta pemantik sosialisasi di pandu oleh Dr. Mochtar Adam selaku pakar ekonomi Maluku Utara.
Tepisah Rizal Ismail, selaku kordinator kegiatan menyampaikan bahwa tujuan dari kegiatan sosialisasi paket regulasi penyusunan anggaran ABPD 2018 tersebut, untuk menyamakan presepsi teman-teman perencana di lintas instansi termasuk BAPPEDA, agar bisa melakukan program di tahun 2018 yang telah di atur dalam Kemendagri No 33 tahun 2017 tentang penyusunan anggaran di tahun 2018. “Karena dalam pembahasan tersebut ada singkronisasi program kegiatan antara Daerah, Provinsi, dan Pusat, “ujarnya
Rizal, menambahkan bahwa harapan kami ketika dalam penyusunan finalisasi APBD, di minta kepada teman – teman SKPD sudah bisa memahami kebijakan Nasional dan Daerah.
